RunStaffRun is built on a commitment to sourcing contact data responsibly. This page explains exactly where our Physician Assistant contact database comes from, how it is verified, and what standards govern its use.
Every email address in the database is run through a trusted third-party email verification service before being made available to subscribers. Verification checks each address for deliverability — identifying valid, invalid, catch-all, role-based, and risky addresses.
Contacts are flagged with their verification status so subscribers know the quality of each record before outreach. Subscribers can also re-verify any contact in real time using verification credits, which trigger a fresh deliverability check at the time of use.
City, state, practice/employer organization, clinical specialty, and National Provider Identifier (NPI) are added to each contact through enrichment against the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) — the public federal provider registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. NPPES records are published specifically so patients, employers, and payers can look up providers; none of this data is protected health information.
The database is updated on a regular basis. Email verification is performed on an ongoing basis to identify and flag contacts whose deliverability status has changed. Contacts confirmed invalid are removed from active availability.
Any Physician Assistant whose professional contact information appears in the RunStaffRun database may request removal at any time. Removal requests are processed within 5 business days and the contact is permanently suppressed from the database and from all future subscriber exports.
RunStaffRun does not collect, store, or distribute protected health information (PHI). PA professional contact data — name, work email, and NPPES-sourced fields such as city, state, organization, specialty, and NPI — is public professional directory information, not PHI under HIPAA. We are not a covered entity or business associate as defined by HIPAA.
RunStaffRun provides contact data for professional recruiting outreach. Subscribers are responsible for conducting all outreach in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, including valid headers, physical address, and working opt-out mechanisms.
We honor deletion and opt-out requests from California residents and other state residents with applicable privacy rights. Removal requests are processed within 5 business days.
If you have questions about where your information came from or how it is used, or if you wish to have your information removed, please contact us at [email protected] or submit a Data Removal Request. We respond to all data inquiries within 5 business days.
